Start with your last CQC inspection report — it will highlight areas where training evidence was missing or flagged. If you’re not sure, tell us about your care home when you enquire and we’ll recommend only the courses that match your gaps. There’s no pressure to book the full catalogue — most homes start with 3–5 courses and build from there.

Yes. Book 3–4 courses and receive 10% off each session. Book 5–7 courses for 15% off, or 8 or more for 20% off. All discounts are applied per session, and you can schedule courses across multiple dates to suit your staff rotas.

Tier 1 covers your statutory and mandatory requirements — fire safety, manual handling, safeguarding, and similar. These are the courses every care home needs. Tier 4 courses require MPharm clinical expertise to deliver properly — medication management, insulin safety, and emergency pharmacology. The tier reflects the specialist knowledge required, not the quality of delivery. Every course includes the same 10-week follow-up and competency evidence.

Yes — every course is delivered on-site at your care home. Nathan comes to you with all the equipment needed. There’s no need to arrange transport, cover, or off-site venues. Sessions are designed to work around your shift patterns.

Most sessions can be arranged within 2–3 weeks, depending on availability. If you have a CQC inspection approaching or urgent training gaps, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise your booking.

Training doesn’t end when the session finishes. Every course includes a 10-week structured follow-up: competency assessment on the day, a spaced retrieval quiz at 2–3 weeks, a second assessment at 6–8 weeks, manager observation prompts, and a delegate engagement report. This gives you documented evidence of sustained competency — not just an attendance certificate.
